Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Audio Strategic Growth Lead to drive our audio product growth strategy in worldwide premium markets, especially North America and Europe. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering rapid business growth, with speciality on sales distribution, retail, marketing and a deep understanding of the audio industry. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including regional business, GTM, marketing, product, and analytics, to optimize performance and achieve growth targets.


Key Responsibilities

  • Growth Strategic Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive growth strategies specifically for North America and EU markets to increase the presence and market share of our audio products. Drive operational excellence in managing the book of Nothing Audio business.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify growth opportunities and understand competitive landscapes within the US and EU markets.
  • Business Development: Identify, develop, and close new key partnership opportunities across multiple verticals. Strengthen senior-level relationships with a focus on driving revenue & internal impacts to key business partners. Co-own sales objectives with regional teams for Nothing audio business in assigned strategic markets/channels while driving growth across multiple product series.
  • Distribution Strategy & Implementation: Identify the distribution strategy for worldwide premium markets, and establish those relationships and placements with regional teams.
  • Performance Tracking: Establish KPIs and metrics to measure the success of audio growth initiatives, providing regular reports and insights to the VP Growth.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with regional business, GTM, product, marketing, and analytics teams to align growth strategies with overall business objectives, with a focus on North America and Europe. Communicate clearly the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders, including the ability to synthesize feedback and adjust plans accordingly.
  • Budget Management: Oversee the budget for audio growth initiatives, ensuring cost-effective allocation of resources.
  • Innovation: Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to identify and implement innovative growth tactics suited to worldwide premium markets.


Qualifications

  • Experience: Proven track record in a senior growth or sales role and delivered rapid business growth, with practice on multiple categories (TWS, Headphone & Speaker etc. ), preferably within the audio or consumer electronics industry, with specific experience in markets e.g. US and/or Europe.
  • Skills: Strong analytical skills, proficiency in data analysis tools, and a deep understanding of digital marketing channels and strategies relevant to North America and Europe.
  • Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex projects from conception to execution.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present findings and strategies clearly to stakeholders.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
