What will I do?
You will be a strong leader who has the ability to articulate a vision for the hotel, embed our new values, being able to narrate how we are doing and where we are heading, influence and move the whole team in one direction, together. Youll have responsibility for all aspects of the operation including guest and employee satisfaction, people management, financial performance, sales & revenue generation and delivering a return on investment.
