KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Take an integral role in the shop floor IT project delivery operation delivering client, server & network components.
  • Integrate software applications that form part of a manufacturing process or capability, bridging the gap between the software supplier and our customers’ IT environment.
  • Provide first class customer service to our UK manufacturing customer base, interfacing with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Under the guidance of a project manager, you will take ownership of deployment activities through a full project lifecycle, from detailed planning to customer acceptance.
  • You will hand over delivered solutions to our Service & Support function to ensure they have what they require to support our customers’ 24/7 manufacturing operations.
