About the role:


This is our first opening into the UK, and we’re in our pre-opening phase preparing to open not one but three concepts in the heart of London’s Belgravia Coordinating the purchasing needs across three extremely busy luxury brands won’t be an easy task, but we have assembled an amazing team here in London who’ll work with you, and Sunset Hospitality Group is extremely proud to be recognised as one of Dubai’s Great Places to Work, so we’ll all be here to support you in your journey with us


Key Responsibilities:


  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to understand their procurement needs and requirements.
  • Develop and implement procurement strategies to optimize costs while always maintaining our quality standards.
  • Build relationships and negotiate contracts with suppliers.
  • Monitor our supplier’s performance, address any issues or concerns, and always have a backup plan.
  • Manage the procurement process from requisition to delivery, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Maintain accurate records of procurement activities, including contracts, purchase orders, and invoices. Ensuring a close working relationship with our Finance team.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in procurement Skills Pool Operations Management.


Essential Skills & Requirements:


  • Previous experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain management, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Strong negotiation skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with suppliers.
  • Excellent communication, organisational and multitasking abilities.
  • An analytical and problem-solving mind set.
  • Knowledge of relevant regulations and compliance standards related to purchasing and procurement.
  • Be able to work independently as well as in a collaboratively team.
  • Financial acumen, business and commercial knowledge.
  • Self-motivated with an ability to work under pressure.
