Solis Recruitment are partnering with a global consumer Lifestyle and Accessories brand, on the lookout for an Ecommerce Manager to join their team. This is an exciting part of their journey as they grow their D2C function.
The role is pivotal in driving the strategy, leading a small team and exploring new opportunities to drive digital sales.
The Role
The Ecommerce Manager will be responsible for driving sales, creating and executing the ecommerce strategy, and owning the online trading and digital merchandising of UK and Global website.
Day to day duties will include:
- Drafting and implementing the online trading strategy to increase sales.
- Utilising data analytics to identify areas for improvement in driving digital conversions. Exploring ways to improve UX, UI and CRO.
- Optimising web content in line with marketing and promotional calendars and brand strategy.
- Supporting ecommerce integrations and functionality with ERP system.
- Acting as key point of contact for external web development agencies.
- Managing new product process onto website for new seasonal collections
- Conducting weekly & monthly reports, analysis, and insights across all digital marketing / ecommerce channels, taking a lead role in the trade meetings
- Working closely with the Marketing Director on the strategy.
Skills and Experience Needed:
To be successful in your application you will have:
- 4+ years’ experience within Ecommerce
- Great leadership skills, with proven experience in managing a team within an eCommerce / Digital Marketing setting
- Strong knowledge of GA4 and experience using CRO tools (Hotjar, CrazyEgg, Optimizely etc…). Understanding of setting up traffic attribution models.
- Strong knowledge of new and emerging technologies
- Clear communicator – able to explain technical detail in layman’s terms
- Strong team player and happy to work in cross-functional teams
- Highly creative and analytical, always pushing for new and fresh ways of doing things
- Time management with ability to adapt and manage shifting priorities
Benefits
The role is offering a salary between £40,000 to £50,000 dependent on experience, hybrid working 2/3 days in the Central London offices and a host of benefits including:
