We are looking for a Valet Supervisor to join our Housekeeping department at Grosvenor House Suites

As a Valet Supervisor you willensure that all linen, colleague uniforms and Guest clothes are maintained to a high standard at all times, to ensure guest satisfaction whilst complying with Company policies and procedures.

Your main duties include (but are not limited to):

To be responsible for the packing and unpacking of guests clothes, assistance with guest dressing needs and cleaning of shoes as and when requested.

To be responsible for the delivery, recording of guest clothing on request and redelivery of such items to the allocated room prior to the guest arrival.

To be responsible for delivery, recording and collection of items such as iron and boards as requested by the guest.

To be responsible for contacting specified guest upon their arrival to offer assistance with their laundry, pressing and other services.

To be fully aware of the work schedule and ensure adequate notice is given if all work cannot be carried out.

To respond to answering pager and carry out any request within the 10 minutes standard.

To be responsible for the organising of the tailor to attend the premises to measure new starters for uniform.
