Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure the highest standards of buffet food and beverage offerings.
  • Liaise with hotel departments to maintain excellent communication and cooperation.
  • Motivate and lead the Langham Club team to achieve exceptional service standards.
  • Monitor and manage the performance of the waiting team to ensure guests receive efficient, personalized, and anticipatory service.
  • Perform administrative duties as required, including duty rotas, holiday requests, and managing sickness/absence.
  • Address guest needs promptly and handle complaints efficiently.
