About the Role

We're seeking experienced leaders to join our team as Nightshift Supervisors at Starbucks Coffee Company. As a Nightshift Supervisor, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our store during late-night hours.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate a team of baristas and shift managers to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets.
  • Manage store operations, including inventory management, cash handling, and safety protocols.
  • Collaborate with the Store Manager to develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction.

Requirements:
