About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Sales Executive to join our team as our first UK hire. This pivotal role will focus on selling our cutting-edge solutions, powered by the Microsoft Power Platform, to a diverse array of industry sectors including Financial Services, Local Government, Wealth Management, Insurance, Manufacturing, Healthcare, and Utilities. The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing and expanding our footprint in the UK market by converting existing US-based client relationships into UK contracts and generating new business opportunities.


Key Responsibilities

  • Expansion: Spearhead the company's entry into the UK market, leveraging existing US client relationships to establish contracts and drive revenue growth.
  • Strategy: Develop and execute a robust sales strategy tailored to the UK market, targeting key sectors such as Financial Services, Local Government, Wealth Management, Insurance, Manufacturing, Healthcare, and Utilities.
  • Management: Manage and grow a portfolio of clients by understanding their business needs, providing tailored solutions, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the target sectors, building a strong pipeline to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Expertise: Demonstrate a deep understanding of the Microsoft Power Platform, articulating its value proposition and technical capabilities to prospective clients.
  • Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including senior executives and decision-makers within target organizations.
  • Process: Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to contract negotiation and closing deals, ensuring a seamless and efficient process.

Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to deliver a cohesive and customer-centric approach.

Reporting: Provide regular sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and performance reports to senior management.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Expertise: Proven track record of success in a senior sales role, with experience selling to at least three of the target sectors (Financial Services, Local Government, Wealth Management, Insurance, Manufacturing, Healthcare, Utilities).
  • Power Platform: Demonstrable experience and knowledge in selling Microsoft Power Platform solutions.
  • Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the UK market dynamics and regulatory environment within the target sectors.
  • Acumen: Strong business acumen with the ability to understand and address the specific needs and challenges of different industries.
  • Skills: Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Focus: A customer-centric approach with a passion for delivering exceptional service and building long-term relationships.

Self-Motivated: Highly motivated, self-driven, and capable of working independently as the first UK hire.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
