This project will enable WithYou to become the employer of choice within the sector by giving our employees the best possible experience. This is where the role of People Partner - Special Projects comes in - you will be planning, executing and monitoring all People business projects from initiation to closure, ensuring alignment with organisational goals and objectives. Projects you will be working on will include:

  • Leadership and management development
  • Induction
  • Essential skills for people managers
  • Appraisal and supervision
  • Succession planning
  • Employee engagement
  • Wellbeing and career pathways


This is a hugely varied role, which will allow you to work with stakeholders across the organisation, all of who will benefit from your HR knowledge and focus on projects. We’re really excited about what this project will achieve, so we are looking for someone who can ensure that all strands are compliant, effective and completed on time. You will be joining a supportive, hands on People function, with a true team spirit and a real dedication to our staff and clients.

What we're looking for

  • Chartered member of CIPD
  • Experience and knowledge of the essentials of employment law
  • Proven track record in managing and delivering multiple HR projects with the ability to plan, identify and mitigate risk
  • Proven ability to work independently, drive change and adapt approaches
  • Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships effectively at all levels across an organisation
  • Ability to influence senior managers and partner on a programme of change
  • Good ability to understand business strategy using commercial acumen to communicate a clear vision, provide direction and anticipate organisational issues
  • Strategic thinker with a focus on continuous improvement and innovation.
  • Ability to use and take advantage of new digital platforms and systems
