Responsibilities:


Business Partnership:

  • Provide strategic talent advice and support to business leaders in the UK, Australia and US who are under the President, International and Market Innovation.
  • Partner with senior management to ensure people related initiatives align with the overall business strategy.
  • Develop effective relationships with internal and external partners to support the success of our international business (e.g., internal / external employment legal, benefits and payroll providers, finance and IT partners, etc.)
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations in both countries.


Employee Engagement:

  • Foster a positive and inclusive work culture that aligns with Risepoint's values.
  • Develop and implement programs to drive employee engagement and satisfaction.


Delivering End-to-End people related Support:

As the People Team point of contact in the UK and Australia, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive people related support to our employees across all functions. This includes:

  • Employee Relations: Address employee concerns, mediate disputes, and ensure a positive work environment.
  • Labor Relations: Comply with all labor laws and regulations, manage union relations (if applicable), and represent Risepoint in various labor forums.


Qualifications:

  • Proven track record of success in a senior people leadership role, ideally within a global organization.
  • Deep understanding of UK and Australian employment law and regulations.
  • Experience in developing and implementing people-related strategy across multiple functions and countries.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.


Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Advanced degree or relevant certification preferred.
  • Minimum of 8-12 years of experience in people operations or shared services, with at least 5 years in a managerial role.
  • Proven experience with Workday is required.
  • Experience in a global environment is required.
