About the Role:

This role will work as part of a wider HR Business Partnering and HR team to establish key relationships with stakeholder and deliver people strategy across the financial services business.


Responsibilities:

  • Partner with senior leaders and people manager to manage cyclical HR duties
  • Provide HR advice, support and guidance to people managers
  • Support on any employee relations matters
  • Manage compensation reviews and benchmarking
  • Work with people managers on headcount budgets and recruitment reporting
  • Support on change management and M&A activities
  • Use data and reporting to provide people strategy advice
  • Work with the wider HR team to build high-performance culture
  • Work with the HR business partnering team on updating policies and processes


Desired Skills and Experience:

  • Experienced HR Business Partner
  • Experience working for an FCA regulated environment is highly desirable
  • Experience working in a large Matrix Organisation
  • Strong UK employment law knowledge and experience
  • TUPE experience is highly desirable
  • Experience building relationships with senior stakeholders
  • Experience managing all areas of generalist HR
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills, in particular working with Excel
  • High attention to detail and strong communication skills both written and verbal


This is a London based role with a requirement for the successful candidate to be in the office 2 days per week.
