Role Purpose:

The People Experience Specialist is a key support role within the People Experience team, focused on Independently driving the smooth operation of all activities in Everfield’s Centres of Excellence, with a particular emphasis on Reward, performance management and L&D initiatives. This role is instrumental in leading projects, from conception to execution, ensuring efficient and impactful HR service delivery while also handling essential administrative tasks.



Key Responsibilities:

  • HR Support: Assist in the implementation and administration of People Experience programs and initiatives, providing logistical and administrative support across performance management, L&D, and other HR functions. Be a direct creative contributor to all projects. Drive these projects from planning through to completion, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
  • Event and Program Management: Independently organize and coordinate People Experience events, including training sessions, workshops, and team-building activities, ensuring they deliver value and engage participants effectively.
  • Data Management: Maintain accurate HR records and databases, assisting with data entry and the preparation of reports related to HR metrics. Act as support for HRIS management.
  • Communication and Influence: Serve as a key point of contact for People Experience-related queries. Use excellent communication skills to influence outcomes, disseminate information effectively, and redirect queries as necessary.
  • Project Leadership: Support HR projects, including onboarding processes, employee engagement surveys, Training sessions and performance review cycles, ensuring deadlines are met and objectives are achieved.
  • Administrative Excellence: While the focus is on strategic and project-based work, maintain a commitment to handling administrative tasks with a high level of efficiency and attention to detail, ensuring the seamless operation of the People Experience function.



Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in HR field preferred.
  • L&D exposure and Project Management skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with team members at all levels.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with HRIS systems, preferably Workday.
  • A proactive approach to work, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.



Location & Travel:

This role offers flexibility, with the option for remote work. Occasional office visits or travel may be required for team meetings or HR events.

  • Successful independent delivery of HR projects and initiatives.
  • Positive impact on employee engagement and satisfaction metrics.
  • Demonstrated improvement in HR process efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Contributions to the strategic development and success of the People Experience function
