About the role:

As the Business Development Manager for EMEA you will be responsible for the operational and internal tracking for this leading private equity team. You will facilitate the international teams client development opportunities and support the leaders in driving work with priority clients.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with internal experts to identify, develop, and commercialise private equity products that are relevant for their clients.
  • Manage commercial plans and monitor the state of the business, this will involve supporting senior leaders in the creation of materials for client roadshows and meetings.
  • Work closely with the marketing team on client mailings and events.
  • Project management with the ability to multi-task and drive advanced strategic analysis (beyond data) and leverage results for impact.
  • Leading others, including senior business leaders in clarifying problems and developing solutions by building partnerships - building consensus, persuading, and influencing.
  • Support business analysis and planning, orchestrating meetings with leadership, driving internal communication and affiliation activities, and ensuring alignment and coordination of efforts across regions.


Key Attributes:

  • Previous experience within business development/operational roles
  • Ability to independently resolve diverse problems and establish guidelines
  • Exceptional organisational, planning and project management skills
  • Solid analytical skills (e.g. for business reporting tasks) and a structured way of thinking
  • Ability to effectively influence and work with senior stakeholders
  • Ability to multi-task and operate effectively in a matrix organization
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Advanced knowledge in Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel
