Salary/Pay Rate: £50.96 - £56.25 p/h PAYE (dependent on location)

Our client's newly formed EMEA Consumer & Creator Marketing team is seeking a dynamic Consumer Marketing Manager to drive innovative, full-funnel marketing campaigns that resonate across the EMEA region. If you thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and have a passion for delivering business impact through creativity and data-driven insights, this role is for you


Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop consumer opportunities across EMEA that support the growth funnel and deliver impact.
  • Lead the development of integrated marketing campaigns that align with global strategies and resonate locally.
  • Use insights and market trends to inform strategy, creative direction, and go-to-market (GTM) plans.
  • Partner with internal creative teams and agencies to create large-scale campaigns that elevate the brand and deliver business results.
  • Work closely with global teams (Brand, Product, Creative) to ensure local market campaigns align with global objectives while addressing regional nuances.
  • Partner with Creator and Business teams to develop and activate a unified GTM strategy across the EMEA region.
  • Develop robust measurement plans, experiment with new marketing approaches, and generate proof points for scaling initiatives.
  • Foster collaboration across teams and communicate strategies clearly to stakeholders at all levels.


Minimum Qualifications:

  • Proven track record in brand marketing with measurable business impact, ideally within EMEA or international markets.
  • Experience managing marketing strategies for global brands across diverse cultural and social landscapes.
  • Ability to translate data and insights into actionable strategies that deliver value to customers.
  • Strong experience in partnering with cross-functional teams within matrixed organizations to drive campaign success.
  • Expertise in defining key performance indicators (KPIs) and creating measurement plans that drive business outcomes.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Additional EMEA languages (German, French, etc.) are a plus.
  • Demonstrated experience in product marketing, growth marketing, and/or innovation.
