Business Development Manager

The ideal candidate will lead initiatives to generate and engage with business partners to build new business for the company. This candidate will be focused and have strong communication skills. They should be able to think critically when making plans and have a demonstrated ability to execute a particular strategy.
Responsibilities
- Driving VIVOTEK product sales
- Active generation of new business contacts (system integrators, distributors, consultants)
- Continuously promote and educate integrators, distributors, consultants and End users to promote the use of IP video solutions and VIVOTEK cameras.
- Managing relationship with disties in partnership with VIVOTEK
- Recommend suitable VIVOTEK brand camera solutions and provide appropriate Product comparisons for channel partners
- Responsibility for sustainable growth, a solid project pipeline, and achieving targets within the sales region
- Organization and execution of on-site visits to conduct Product demonstrations, presentations and speaking seminars
- Stay constantly updated with all developments and trends in the market.
- Generate, follow up and win projects in countries also focus vertical markets
- Actively participate in the specification of major projects, promote the specification of VIVOTEK and converting such tenders into leads.
- Actively participate in trade shows, seminars, webinars and other sales promotional Activities
- Provide reports and target tracking information as required
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 3 - 4 years' prior industry related business development experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies
- Focused and goal-oriented
