This is a great opportunity to join an expanding reputable family business in Newry. This is a full time permanent job. Hours of work is Monday - Friday 9-5 (35 hours a week).
Salary is negotiable up to £30k.

Your new role
As office administrator duties include:
Liaison with key stakeholders including but not confined to tenants, landlords, sub-contractors as required, including dealing with telephone calls and emails expediently and in a timely and courteous manner. Administering the property onboarding process ensuring all contractual, statutory, and legal requirements are met within required timescales.Administering the property health and safety inspection process ensuring all operational and mandatory inspections are carried out within agreed timeframes and property records are kept up to date.Registering of all maintenance and repair queries, determining if maintenance/repair works are responsibility of organisation and advising tenant/landlord of decisionWhere maintenance and repair queries fall within company’ responsibility, liaising with the team to ensure best value quotes for works in line with the company’s expenditure budget, following approval to proceed, instructing sub-contractors to carry out worksLiaison with landlord and tenant for access to property to complete works or inspections.Track progress of jobs from allocation of task to completion ensuring all works are completed to required standardUpdate landlord and tenant where appropriate on progress.Financial data entry posting onto the financial systemComply with all company policies and procedures.Be and effective, enthusiastic, and willing team playerUndertake such internal and/or external training as deemed necessary by the company.Any other duties that can reasonably be requested by the management or representatives’ acting on behalf of and with the permission of the management.
