Your new company
Is a leading manufacturing company. They have appointed Hays to recruit an Administrator to join their Compliance team. This is a temporary position, initially for 6 months with possible extension. It is an office-based role and hours of work are 8am to 5pm Mon to Thurs and 8am to 12 noon on Friday.

Your new role
As Administrator, you will work within the compliance team and be responsible for the preparation of all paperwork and documentation associated with freight movements, verifying documents received in line with procedures and guidelines, updating databases accurately and efficiently, liaising with internal business functions and providing administration support across the department.

What you'll need to succeed
As Administrator, you will be able to demonstrate knowledge of Microsoft Office skills, particularly in Excel. Have the ability to communicate with a wide range of contacts via verbal and written forms, be organised and have extra attention to detail.

What you'll get in return
A 6-month position with the possibility of a permanent contract.
