Capgemini is seeking an Integration SME to join Capgemini Financial Services Digital Practice. This is a permanent, full-time position in London, UK and this represents a unique opportunity for someone to enhance their Digital Consulting career

What you’ll do
  • 10 years of overall IT Experience
  • The Business Delivery and Transformation Directorate BD T Change IT Delivery is looking for an Integration SME who will be responsible to support assurance of Integration low level integration designs LLDs being technically aligned with High level Designs HLDs Reporting into Integration Lead this role will be primarily responsible for enabling delivery partners during design and execution phase with cut over into production
  • Candidate should be enthusiastic about change confident at creating assisting and presenting details around Integration architecture designs and technical aspects of delivery in integration space
  • Candidate is desired to some experience on large scale transformation initiatives with experience of several integration related delivery using any tool or technology covering functional and technical requirements technical designs business rules and mappings integration patterns and best practices At NS I this role will be responsible for Transformation Programme as well as existing BAU changes .
What you’ll bring
  • This role will collaborate with enterprise architecture group for understanding high level designs and take the baton forward to govern and assure low level technical integration designs and provide governance and assurance in multi vendor engagement by aligning to the enterprise integration strategy among other associated enterprise standards and manage the integration system delivery supporting the program project directions
  • Support the effective and efficient creation of Integration designs Refine setup and implement low level design assurance and review integration designs based on standard best practices
  • Create transparent guidelines for assurance of integration design and work with all suppliers for using these controls to provide effective governance Work with Business Analysts understand the project program business requirements Understand high level designs and work with NS I Enterprise Architecture Team Visualise bigger picture and view of end to end design to meet business needs within the context of a broader integration solution implementation Review requirements and change requests to ensure that the integration design is fit for purpose with traceability matrices
  • Ensure integration solutions align with strategic architecture principles and several defined strategies Work in multi vendor environment to provide design assurance service on behalf of NS I providing comprehensive reviews to cover areas such as compliances security NFR etc as part of partner s integration design delivery assurance Identify communicate any design deviations from standards and work with partners to create option paper and take up with different design authorities for approvals Engage with several Internal and supplier s stakeholders in the enterprise across business and IT Integration Planning Execution and Tracking Work with the suppliers to ensure integrated plans are created and dependencies are documented understood and migration actions are identified
  • Ensure any major dependencies especially cross supplier is projected and streamlined early in cycle to prevent major schedule variances
  • Provide early visibility for any potential issues related to any integration phase supplier 3rd party or any other involved party for reducing impacts and bringing right mitigations
