Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Exec to join our sales team in EMEA. In this role, you will be responsible for prospecting, qualifying, and closing new clients for our consulting and creative services. Your primary focus will be on outbound sales efforts, including building from cold, emailing, and networking to generate leads and build relationships with potential clients.

Responsibilities:


  • Prospect and identify potential clients through outbound sales techniques, email campaigns, and networking events.


  • Conduct thorough research to understand the needs, challenges, and goals of prospective clients.


  • Engage with decision-makers to present our products and services, effectively communicating the value proposition and benefits.


  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads and opportunities, tracking progress in our CRM system.


  • Collaborate with the delivery teams to strategize and execute sales plans to meet or exceed sales targets.


  • Follow up with prospects to nurture relationships and move them through the sales funnel.


  • Provide regular updates on sales activities, progress, and challenges to the sales manager.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in business development and sales, preferably selling consulting or creative services.


  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build rapport with prospects.

  • Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills, with a track record of closing sales and meeting sales targets.


  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a proactive approach to generating leads and driving sales opportunities.


  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.

  • Experience using CRM software to manage and track sales activities.


  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
