About The Role

Our sales development representative role supports our sales efforts in finding new opportunities within our target market. Responsibilties include:


  • Prospect, qualify and generate opportunities to support the growth of the sales pipeline.
  • Contact prospects using outbound strategies to drive customer meetings for new business managers.
  • Connect with target job roles at ICP brands.
  • Attend industry events and network amongst the community and brands to build a network and aid the efforts for generating opportunities.


About you

  • Hybrid role: Wednesday's at our Vauxhall office, the rest you may work remotely. You may be required to attend in-person events / client meetings outside of this.


Who We Are Looking For

  • At least 1 year of outbound sales experience.
  • Confident using a sales CRM to find, track and manage prospective customers.
  • Comfortable to use all outbound channels such as email, cold-calling, LinkedIn, video / voice messaging.
  • You will be a strategic, creative, pragmatic thinker and problem solver.
  • You will be totally OK with the concept of change and working in a fast-paced environment.
  • You will relish the opportunity to enter a growing company and carve out your own niche.
  • You will be an intelligent, articulate, proactive, fast-learning team player with a 'can do' attitude.
  • Bonus points for previous digital or agency experience.
