Role Overview

We are currently recruiting for a dynamic Business Development Manager in UK to join our passionate and driven Security - Sales business on a permanent basis
The successful candidate will be part of a forward-thinking, strategic and dynamic Sales team, working in partnership with Security Systems Operation Division.

Key Responsibilities:
- Business research via CRM database
- Technical site surveys and pricing solutions
- Contacting potential new business clients, understanding their needs with a view to booking meetings
- Meeting and exceeding appointment targets
- Diarising and maintaining up-to-date records on the CRM database
- Building effective relationships with prospective clients and Business Development Teams
- Identifying new business opportunities
About You:
- An ability to influence, encourage confidence and win new business
- A proven track record of sales in Security Systems
- Meet and exceed targets
- Experience in data management and research
- Excellent communication skills, both verbally and written
- You are a true team player; you will thrive in a collaborative environment
- You are tenacious, engaging and ambitious
- Previous experience in a Security Sales working environment would be an advantage
