We are seeking an experienced Senior HR Consultant to collaborate closely with our Regional HR Manager in a strategic, advisory, and hands-on capacity. This pivotal role focuses on managing complex employee relations cases, addressing grievance issues, and driving broader HR initiatives.


The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in employee relations and excel in navigating challenging situations with professionalism, discretion, and a solutions-focused mindset.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Manage complex ER cases, including grievance management, disciplinary processes, and workplace investigations.
  • Provide expert HR guidance to line managers and senior stakeholders, ensuring alignment with best practices and compliance with legal requirements.
  • Partner with the Regional HR Manager to design and implement HR strategies that support business objectives.
  • Coach and guide managers on employee performance, team dynamics, and conflict resolution.
  • Ensure the effective application of HR policies and procedures, maintaining full compliance with UK employment law.
  • Lead initiatives that foster a high-performance, inclusive, and engaging workplace culture.
  • Contribute to organizational change initiatives, including workforce planning and restructuring activities.


Qualifications and Experience:


  • Extensive experience in a senior HR role, specializing in employee relations and grievance resolution.
  • Strong knowledge of UK employment law and its practical application in complex workplace scenarios.
  • Proven ability to influence and collaborate with senior leadership to achieve business goals.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage sensitive matters tactfully and effectively.
  • Strategic thinking with the capacity to balance long-term planning and hands-on execution.
  • CIPD qualification preferred but not essential.
