Job Summary and Key Responsibilities


Reporting to the Group HR Director, we are seeking a skilled and experienced Rewards Partner to join a successful real estate business as a newly created role. They are seeking an individual, with a proven track record in designing, implementing, and managing rewards programs within organizations. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in compensation and benefits, along with demonstrated project experience. They will develop and execute innovative rewards strategies that align with our organization's goals and objectives, ensuring fairness, competitiveness, and compliance.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the cyclical reward and benefits renewal process.
  • Plan, develop, and administer the annual reward and benefit program, actively promoting the firm's benefits.
  • Analyze reward and benefit provider scheme and membership data.
  • Manage the UK benefit portal and the benefit broker account management relationship.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of benefit offerings, research competitors, and propose new benefits aligning with the firm's values.
  • Manage the annual pay review process.
  • Support acquisitions to integrate our offerings.
  • Ensure all benefit schemes comply with relevant legislation.
  • Build visibility across the firm, fostering relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Participate in HR and other Central Services Teams projects.
  • Enable and support the wider HR team in understanding and communicating employee and partner benefits.

  • Experience managing third-party relationships.
  • Commercial acumen and strategic development capability.
  • Ability to identify areas of improvement and recommend changes.
  • Effective stakeholder engagement and credibility building.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of market trends.
