We have an exciting opportunity for a Learning & Development Professional to join our central Learning & Development Team over a fixed term period of 12 months based in our Head Office in Glasgow City Centre.


This opportunity is ideal for a passionate and outgoing individual who is looking to grow within an L&D function gaining exposure to a range of L&D activities including Training Delivery & Co-ordination, Learning Technology, Employee Engagement and much more.


The Role:

As a Learning & Development Partner you will be dealing with the:

  • Designing, implementing and managing learning and development initatives.
  • Collaborate with Hotels and Cross Functional Teams to identify training needs
  • Lead delivery and coordination of development programmes
  • Conduct engaging training sessions
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of our training programs
  • Be commercially aware of costs connected to training initiatives
  • Be an expert on all of our Learning Technologies
  • Support in Talent Development and identifying future talent
  • Promote Employee Engagement
  • Identifying key training requirements


The ideal candidate:

  • Passionate and willingness to learn
  • Ability to work on own initiative as well as part of a team
  • Great presentation and the ability to represent Klarent Hospitality effectively
  • Be self-motivated, proactive and hands on
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • Experience using Microsoft Office Suite
  • Willing to travel to our Hotel properties in the UK
  • Previous experience in Learning & Development is desirable
