- Devise and own the sales strategy
- Evangelise the technology within the Commercial Property ecosystem

- Follow up on all inbound leads, sales enquiries, and marketing responses.

Requirements:
- The Senior Sales Manager will have strong experience selling technology to the Commercial Property Markets/System Integrators.
- Very well connected across the Commercial Property
- Solid track record of hitting sales targets.
- Experience driving revenue in new and existing accounts.
- A passion for technology
- Excellent communication skills, enjoying networking, making connections, building relationships, and pursuing opportunities.
- The ideal candidate will have experience in Smart Buildings, Facilities Management and/or IoT
