Role Overview:

As the company prepares to launch their groundbreaking new SaaS product, we’re seeking a dynamic Marketing Lead to steer their marketing initiatives. You’ll be at the forefront, crafting and executing strategies that elevate the brand, engage target audiences, and drive growth.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with the company’s growth objectives.
  • Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.
  • Oversee digital marketing efforts, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
  • Analyze market trends and customer insights to identify new opportunities and optimize marketing efforts.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging and an exceptional customer experience.
  • Manage marketing budgets effectively, ensuring a high return on investment.
  • Measure and report the performance of all marketing campaigns against ROI and key performance indicators (KPIs).


Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Marketing Lead or similar role, ideally within a SaaS or technology environment.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts, strategies, and best practices.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to think creatively and analytically, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Familiarity with marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush) and content management systems.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
