Key Responsibilities:

- Support employee relations initiatives: Such as investigations and performance management.
- Maintain HR records and systems: Ensure accurate and up-to-date documentation.

Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of HR experience.
- CIPD qualification preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

- Proficiency in HR systems and Microsoft Office.
