Want to change the world?
Unilever is one of the world's leading suppliers of Food, Home and Personal Care products with sales in over 190 countries and reaching 2 billion consumers a day. Unilever has more than 400 brands found in homes around the world, including Persil, Omo, Dove, Knorr, Domestos, Hellmann's, Wall's, Ben & Jerry's, Marmite, Magnum and Lynx. Faced with the daunting issues of climate change and the need for human development, we want to move towards a connected world where everyone can live well and within the natural limits of the planet. That's why our purpose is "to make sustainable living commonplace".
As one of the world's largest users of Fragrances, we recognise that creating exceptional fragrances is at the heart of delivering extraordinary consumer experiences and driving world-leading products. Superior fragrances play a critical role in the delivery of unmissable superiority for Unilever. To support this, we have embarked on a fragrance transformation journey to deliver world-class fragrances for our Personal Care, Beauty & Wellbeing and Home Care Business Groups. This transformation will consist of expert fragrance teams with the skills to design and formulate winning fragrances.

- Lead development and implementation of the fragrance safety & regulatory strategy including a 'future-fit' data management and documentation system for fragrance regulatory compliance.
- Ensure ongoing development and delivery of the team's programme to meet current and future business needs; ensure safety and regulatory sciences are a strong and effective enabler of superior, safe, compliant and trusted Unilever fragrances.
- Lead collaborations with fragrance suppliers, trade associations and other external organisations to advance fragrance safety and regulatory sciences and ensure freedom to innovate for Unilever fragrances.
- Ensure compliance of Unilever fragrances with Unilever and industry standards and relevant regulations.
- Ensure the active monitoring and management of emerging issues and trends related to relevant safety & regulatory science and external opinions on fragrances or their ingredients.
ALL ABOUT YOU
Experience Needed:
We are looking for a proven collaborative leader who will have a growth mindset and will embrace the opportunity to build a new team within an integrated and cross-functional Unilever fragrance capability.

Recruitment Fraud
Cyber criminals advertise fake job adverts with prestigious employers as a way of stealing information or even defrauding individuals out of money. In the most sophisticated cases, they will set up fake websites, which have a similar address to companies like Unilever. They even conduct fake telephone interviews and then offer candidates a role with the proviso they pay a fee for background checks or to cover work visa costs. These types of attacks are becoming more common as more people are looking for employment in the economic climate.
How is Unilever tackling this?
Many of Unilever's recruitment sites publish a warning to candidates about recruitment fraud. The Cyber Security team also proactively scan for signs of people setting up fake Unilever sites and act to close them down.
What can I do?
If you become aware of potential recruitment fraud, spot fake Unilever recruitment adverts or fake LinkedIn profiles, report them via Una Live Chat.
Unilever does not accept responsibility or liability for any candidates who are financially impacted by recruitment fraud. Your vigilance is key
