Key Duties


  • Lead and manage a diverse range of application projects within the Manufacturing Systems Team (MST) with a focus on customer-centric results.
  • Inspire and engage team members to meet project objectives, fostering an inclusive and empowering environment.
  • Oversee all aspects of MES project management, including planning, development, stakeholder management, and project delivery.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure that customer needs remain central to project goals and decisions.
  • Drive continuous improvement of MES Applications through proactive management and problem-solving.


Essential Skills


  • Proven experience in MES project management, ideally within an Information Systems (IS) or application development environment (this is key).
  • Strong leadership abilities, with a focus on team engagement, motivation, and relationship-building.
  • Results-driven mindset, resilient in facing challenges and committed to excellence.
  • Customer-oriented approach to ensure alignment with client needs.
  • Full UK driving license and car ownership are advantageous due to limited public transportation options.
