We are recruiting for a top-tier catering company in London, specialising in luxury, full-service events. We’re seeking an experienced Events Manager to oversee 360° event planning and ensure flawless, high-end experiences for their clients.


Key Responsibilities:

  • End-to-End Event Management: Oversee all stages of event planning, from concept to execution.
  • Creativity: To respond to enquiries with creativity in terms on both style, menu and event decor- ensuring their proposals stand out amongst the competition.
  • Venue knowledge/liaison: Maintain relations with key venues and have an understanding of how these operate. Prior knowledge of UVL/heritage venues preferred.
  • Client Relations: Serve as the main point of contact, ensuring personalised service and satisfaction.
  • Supplier & Team Coordination: Manage suppliers and collaborate with culinary and operations teams.
  • On-Site Management: Ensure seamless setup, execution, and breakdown.


Requirements:

  • 2+ years in an events management role within a caterer.
  • Excellent organisational and client relationship skills.
  • Strong budget management and multitasking abilities.
  • London multi-site venue experience
