We are excited to be recruiting for a Deputy General Manager based at Royal Society of Arts.

Key responsibilities

  • In the absence of the GM act as the first point of reference for all client comments and concerns and take any necessary action.
  • Ensure that the expectations of food and food service are consistently delivered in line with the CH&Co Brand.
  • Aid in overseeing Reception, Coffee House, Bar, AV, Kitchen, Sales and Marketing services.
  • Ensure accuracy and efficiency in financial reporting on a weekly and monthly basis.
