You will be responsible for ensuring consistency by contributing to the maintenance, development and implementation of new benefit strategies, practices, and programmes to ensure effective attraction, motivation, and retention of all employees.
This is a remote position, with occasional travel to Inverness.
NEED TO HAVE:
CIPD qualification
Excellent planning and organisational skills
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
Previous experience in a similar role in a large organisation
Flexible to travel to Inverness when required

Ensure relevant documentation is regularly reviewed and updated
