Join our team as our Senior Reward Manager You'll be driving high-quality reward activities for all of our countries, including the annual salary review, incentive review process and embedding, developing and maintaining the group grading system.



More about the role:

  • Produce quarterly bonus accrual and insights, working in collaboration with the HR MI & Data specialist and HR Directors for each country.
  • Support the Reward Director to deliver the annual pay review process.
  • Ongoing review and maintenance of appropriate benchmarking sources including completing the required data submissions and managing external provider relationships.
  • Provide salary, bonus and long-term incentive benchmarking to support market and peer alignment.
  • Develop and define base pay ranges.
  • Manage the Long-Term Incentives Portal.
  • Design and prepare Total Reward Statements.



Key Skills:

  • True technical expertise in Total Reward and Long-Term Incentive Plans.
  • Detailed knowledge and application of job evaluation and grading frameworks.
  • Experience with benchmarking, understanding and summarising survey data (you will have experience with Willis Towers Watson and AON McLagan).
  • Advanced Excel skills for data analysis and reporting.
  • Familiarity with local regulatory requirements (e.g., Gender Pay Gap).
  • Global Reward experience: Ideally in Italy, Portugal, or the Netherlands.
