We are supporting a FTSE 50 business who are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Reward Specialist to design and implement a new reward strategy for their finance and trading arm of the organisation.
A newly created role, you will be tasked with supporting senior leaders to design bespoke solutions and processes, bringing new ideas to a business that desires the knowledge of how the commodities/trading/financial services world reward their employees on a global basis
Key Responsibilities:
