What You Can Expect
- Location – Milton Keynes (Hybrid – 2 days in the office per week)
- Salary – £80,000
- Industry – Financial services
- Work Type – Permanent
Key Responsibilities as a Reward Manager
- Co create the long-term reward strategy for the business across the UK.
- Building a brand-new reward strategy from the ground up and presenting to c suite executives.
- Critically monitor and review current policies and practices.
- Support the delivery of the business agenda through total reward strategy.
- Present and engage with senior level executives.
Core Experience and Skills
- Rolled out rewards strategies and policies for companies of over 1000 headcount.
- Be familiar with different grading systems and banding within a business.
- Have used data to drive decisions being able to present key findings to stakeholders.
- Technical reward expertise.
