Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and driven Account Executive to join our sales team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in expanding our client base, working closely with fitness creators, influencers, and industry leaders to introduce them to our bespoke app development and marketing services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and target potential fitness creators and influencers who would benefit from our services. Utilise a variety of sales strategies, including cold outreach, networking, and inbound leads.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients. Serve as the primary point of contact, ensuring clients’ needs are met and exceeded.
  • Sales Presentations: Conduct engaging presentations and product demos to potential clients, clearly communicating the value of our services and how they can help elevate their brand.
  • Negotiation & Closing: Skillfully negotiate contract terms and close deals with new clients, achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and product development teams to ensure seamless onboarding and successful execution of client projects.
  • Market Research: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in the fitness industry and creator economy, using insights to refine sales strategies and identify new opportunities.
Qualifications:
  • Proven Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a sales role, preferably in the digital marketing, fitness, or tech industries.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling sales pitches and engage with high-profile clients.
  • Goal-Oriented: Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets, with a proven track record of closing deals.
  • Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with digital marketing, app development, and the fitness industry is a plus.
  • Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently, manage your own pipeline, and stay motivated in a remote work environment.
  • Passion for Fitness: A genuine interest in the fitness industry and the creator economy, with a desire to help clients succeed.
