Join our team as the Head of Demand Excellence and play a pivotal role in optimizing and driving the efficiency and effectiveness of our Demand Operations. This role requires strategic thinking, exceptional organizational skills, technical proficiency, and a detailed-oriented mindset to enhance our business processes and unlock the full potential of our GTM technology stack.

As a key member of the Demand Operations team, the Head of Demand Excellence will spearhead the implementation, governance, adoption, and advocacy of global capabilities (including processes, technology, people and insights), directly impacting demand management performance and revenue growth. We're seeking a leader with deep business acumen and the ability to effectively utilize technology to integrate innovative business solutions across sales, marketing, and partner teams, delivering substantial business value.

In this role, you´ll manage a team of product owners and lead the first-level support function for requests pertaining to demand capabilities, ensuring that investments in existing and new business solutions translate into real and sustainable benefits for the organization.


Responsibilities:


  • Strategy Development: Participate in the development and execution of demand-enhancing strategies aligned with market trends and business goals, as directed by the Global Head of Demand Operations.
  • Demand Capabilities Implementation: Oversee the deployment of global capabilities spanning processes, technologies, people, and insights to optimize demand management performance.
  • Demand Capabilities Adoption: Define the maturity models which accompany Demand Capabilities, measure KPIs and report back to stakeholders.
  • Process Design and Optimization: Analyze, evaluate, and redesign business processes for maximum efficiency and scalability in GTM operations.
  • Product Ownership of Demand Technology: Bridge business requirements with technology solutions, manage the product strategy and backlog, while ensuring alignment with the development / IT team.
  • Business Support: Lead operational support and user enablement for demand capabilities.
  • Project Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and finalization of projects within strict deadlines and budgets, including defining project scope, goals, and deliverables to drive demand management excellence.
  • Stakeholder Engagement & Change Management: Interact with a wide range of stakeholders to understand their needs, advocate for solutions, and lead change initiatives related to demand management enhancements contributing to business objectives.
  • Innovative Problem Solving: Identify and implement innovative solutions to business challenges, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and competitive advantage.
  • Leadership & Team Development: Lead and mentor demand operations professionals, set performance expectations, and provide ongoing feedback and support for growth.


Requirements:


  • Proven experience in business operations, with at least 3 years in a managerial capacity.
  • Demonstrated experience in implementing business solutions and managing large-scale projects involving cross-functional teams.
  • Profound knowledge of revenue operations and its dependencies on other business functions.
  • Advanced skills in CRM platforms, GTM technologies and project management software.
  • Strong leadership, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communicator capable of conveying complex information in an understandable, compelling, and persuasive manner at all levels.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, capable of seeing the big picture and integrating complex information.
  • Demonstrates resilience and adaptability in a dynamic environment.
  • Proactive and independent, with a high level of initiative and enthusiasm.
  • High adaptability in a fast-paced and dynamic business environment, capable of handling ambiguity and rapid changes.
  • MBA or equivalent master’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field.
  • In-depth knowledge of the GTM Technologies such as Salesforce, Marketo, Salesloft, Demandbase, Seismic, Ombud, D&B Hoovers etc. and Business Intelligence Platforms
