Demand Generation Lead


Reports to: Head of Marketing

Hours: 40 Hours a Week (Mon-Fri)

This role is mostly remote, with some occasional travel to London/Berlin required.


Role Overview:

We’re looking for an experienced marketer to build a scalable demand gen function that creates, captures and converts demand with target audiences, partnering with sales to grow pipeline and revenue from our ideal customer profile.

The ideal candidate will understand how to plan, deliver and optimize full-funnel, multi-touch campaigns that drive awareness, generate inbound leads, facilitate outbound, and accelerate the sales cycle.

You should be confident leading marketing professionals, guiding strategic initiatives, while also being able to roll up your sleeves and drive tactical execution.

This role is ideal for someone currently leading a team, or a seasoned Senior Campaign Manager ready to step into a management position, while remaining hands-on.


What you’ll do:

  • Campaign Strategy: lead our demand generation strategy as we move upmarket. Design marketing programs for target audiences across the buyer’s lifecycle to achieve pipeline and revenue goals. Develop account-based marketing programs to support the acquisition, expansion and retention of key accounts.

  • Campaign Management: plan and deliver seamless full-funnel, multi-touch campaigns (inbound and outbound motions), using data and insights to optimize budget and channels including paid media, SEO, email, events, and social media.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting: own the reporting process for your demand generation activities, identifying KPIs and analyzing performance to inform strategic decisions and improvements.
  • Continuous Optimization: refine and improve campaigns with A/B testing, segmentation, and personalization to maximize performance. Stay updated with industry trends, technology, and best practices, and identify opportunities to integrate into current ways of working.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: partner with key stakeholders to develop cohesive and impactful campaigns, strengthen pipeline quality, and identify opportunities to improve the buyer journey and experience.
  • Coach, Mentor and Lead: inspire and manage a high-performing demand generation team, which celebrates success and fosters a culture of collaboration, learning, and commercial alignment.


What we’re looking for:

  • You have experience designing and executing full funnel marketing programs from scratch, including product launches and releases, 1:many thematic campaigns, and targeted 1:few, across multiple channels.
  • You are comfortable having an MQL and pipeline target, and take accountability and ownership for results.
  • You are a strategic thinker with a proactive approach to identifying opportunities and challenges, and a talent for crafting and refining effective marketing strategies that accelerate growth.
  • An inspirational leader who motivates and guides your team while being hands-on with detail and delivery.
  • You have strong interpersonal skills and can interact effectively with colleagues, customers, and senior stakeholders, fostering confidence and collaboration.
  • You have commercial acumen with a passion for understanding our market, how to create value for customers, and the revenue impact of our marketing efforts.
  • A customer-centric marketer, ideally with ABM experience or evidence of segment-based messaging, campaigns or customer research. You should be able to demonstrate a good understanding of an enterprise audience.
  • You are tech savvy and able to use or get up to speed with key marketing solutions, including Hubspot and Google Analytics.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Experience managing or working with Digital Marketing teams/agencies would be advantageous.
