We are looking for a highly motivated, results driven Marketing Specialist with experience in Demand Generation to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with a background in B2B digital marketing and the ability to work within a team. What will you be doing?


  • Demand Generation: Contribute to the planning, executing and measuring of lead generation campaigns, events and webinars for our global services and offerings


  • Data Management: Managing and maintaining all data as well as reporting and insights within HubSpot. Ensure data enrichment and hygiene best practices are adhered to


  • Content Creation: Develop content to support lead generation campaigns. Collaborate with the team to ensure consistency and alignment with our brand messaging


  • Reporting and Insights: Assist with data, reports, and insights on an as-needed basis to support various marketing and sales initiatives, track campaign performance and inform strategic decisions


  • Innovative Strategies: Thinking of creative and innovative ways to generate and nurture our leads


  • Teamwork: Collaborate with our sales team providing qualified leads and facilitating smooth handoffs for further engagement.


To be successful in the role you have:


  • 2-3 years related experience particularly in B2B technology consultancy
  • Proven track record of successful lead generation and campaign management
  • Experience using HubSpot
  • Experience working closely with sales teams
  • An understanding of Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies
  • A working understanding of data enrichment and hygiene best practices to ensure high-quality data
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret data and derive actionable insights
  • Ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team
  • Ability to collaborate with remote teams
  • Strong written and verbal skills
  • Demonstrate a high attention to detail
  • The ability to build and manage relationships
