About the Core Operations Team

The Core Operations team runs the activation of the Resolve core product, from driving awareness with potential customers, enabling activation, to problem solving any performance issues and managing the feedback loop into product and supply.


About the Role

This role is leading the Demand side of the business across EMEA, with a focus on the UK in 2024 from our London office. This is a critical role, where you will be close to senior Nexus and Agency leaders, identifying opportunities for clients and agencies to be using Resolve, enabling client success and helping to build the global Resolve proposition.


You will work with some of the smartest people in the industry, in a vibrant team that wants you to be involved and help build the culture. This is the chance for someone who wants to grow, be involved in high-level discussions, contribute to the discussion about the ad industry's future.


Responsibilities:

  • Drive activation either directly through relationships at the agency or via the Nexus team, working to hit quarterly revenue goals
  • Identify key individuals for top-down and bottom-up enablement of Resolve in EMEA
  • Act as the primary point of contact for Resolve in the UK for Nexus, Choreograph, and the agencies.
  • Work with the global head of demand on the roll out of future markets across EMEA
  • Utilize strategic savvy, analytical skills, and problem-solving abilities to identify growth/expansion opportunities with Resolve and develop and execute a growth plan
  • Ensure the success of our client campaigns in partnership with other internal Resolve teams
  • Work in partnership with the marketing team to build out collateral where needed, inc. Case studies, client presentations and white papers etc
  • Champion Resolve externally at industry events, becoming a trusted voice and a subject matter expert
  • Play a vital role in shaping the culture within Resolve

Required Skills and Experience

  • Substantial experience within either a media agency (media planning / strategy) or digital sales /agency development role (5+ years)

  • Commercially minded, entrepreneurial approach to revenue generation
