Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and own the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process, balancing demand and supply plans with clear timings and responsibilities.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to provide strategic direction on promotional activities, timings, and distribution.
  • Oversee logistics for finished goods, including movements and storage, ensuring optimal efficiency.
  • Report on fulfilment and OTIF (On Time In Full) scores, arranging root cause analysis when targets are not met.


Requirements:

  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
  • Proven communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in production planning or S&OP within a manufacturing or FMCG environment is essential.
  • Proficiency in handling and analysing data within inventory management systems, alongside strong Excel skills.
  • Ability to prioritise activities with multiple deliverables and adapt to a changing environment.


As a leadership role within a small team, it is crucial that the successful candidate provides guidance and support to ensure team success.


This position is a maternity cover role, based 3 days a week in London, with an immediate start date.
