Sales Coordinator


My client is a medical aesthetic device company experiencing an unprecedented demand for their treatments, stimulating the need to hire a new, highly organised and proactive Sales Coordinator to join their dynamic team.


This role is pivotal in supporting the sales department's objectives by acting as a key link between the external sales force, customers, and internal operations.


Responsibilities:


  • Manage and process customer orders, providing updates on delivery schedules, product availability, and potential delays.
  • Maintain accurate sales records and prepare month-end performance reports to support goal-setting and tracking for senior management.
  • Participate in product and service training sessions to provide informed support to both the sales team and customers.
  • Build and nurture strong customer relationships to ensure long-term satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Oversee and coordinate inventory management, ensuring accurate tracking and availability to meet demand.
  • Maintain active communication with the sales team, ensuring seamless order processing and resolving customer inquiries promptly.
  • Collaborate with management and the sales team to analyse sales data and identify trends or areas for improvement.
  • Evaluate and refine existing processes to enhance efficiency and improve satisfaction for both customers and the team.


Requirements:


  • Minimum of five years experience in sales administration, sales coordination, or a similar role.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, CRM systems, and relevant business tools.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Collaborative mindset, contributing positively to a fast-paced and dynamic team environment.
  • Problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach to ensure a high standard of service.
  • Fluent in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
