About the Role

Are you a charismatic communicator with an innate talent for forging meaningful connections? Shoreditch Treehouse is on the lookout for a Sales Coordinator to be the friendly face (and voice) of our team In this pivotal role, you will transform initial inquiries into unforgettable experiences for our valued clients, whether they're dynamic corporate teams or imaginative creatives.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:


Sales Management

  • Be the First Point of Contact: Engage with potential and current clients, offering timely and precise assistance.
  • Showcase Our Venue: Highlight the unique charm of Shoreditch Treehouse, negotiate terms, and finalise contracts and invoices to secure bookings.
  • Maintain CRM Excellence: Manage and report data accurately to bolster sales performance.
  • Forecast Brilliance: Present insightful lead forecasts to track sales, revenue, and upcoming opportunities.


Post-Event Engagement

  • Follow-Up with Flair: Connect with clients post-event, gather feedback, and update CRM with insights for continuous improvement.
  • Swift Solutions: Address any client concerns promptly to nurture lasting positive relationships.


Event Coordination

  • Support Our Team: Collaborate with the Venue Coordinator and Venue Manager to ensure seamless event execution.
  • Communicate Effectively: Work closely with the team to deliver a consistently high-quality Treehouse experience.


ABOUT YOU:


We're seeking someone who is:

  • An Effective Communicator: Excellent at building and nurturing genuine relationships.
  • Experienced in Account Management: Preferably in events or hospitality.
  • Confident and Persuasive: Skilled in phone and email interactions.
  • CRM and Data Savvy: Competent in systems management and adept in data analysis.
  • Multitasking Maestro: Comfortable in B2B environments and proficient in Excel.
  • Target-Oriented: Proactive in sales and business development with a history of exceeding targets.
  • Energetic, positive and enjoys working in a small, dynamic team.


Experience:

Customer Service Excellence: Ideally, 2+ years of providing top-tier service in corporate, retail or premium hospitality.


Remuneration: £32,000 salary plus quarterly performance bonus.
