Project Manager - SDLC, Agile, Stakeholder Management - Outside IR35 - 6 month contract
Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Project Manager to work onsite with one of our key clients, the UK market leader in the travel industry. Your primary responsibilities will involve ensuring seamless communication between the client and our development team, and removing any blockers to development. Collaborating closely with the Business Analyst, you will deliver bespoke software solutions that enhance functionality and design efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Foster and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables effectively.
- Organize and oversee time and project management to meet deadlines consistently.
- Proactively identify and mitigate risks and issues.
- Maintain meticulous attention to detail in all project aspects.
- Work independently and as part of a team with a professional approach to time, costs, and deadlines.
- Communicate clearly and effectively, both in writing and verbally.
- Oversee and manage complex technical projects.
- Collaborate with various stakeholders, including external suppliers, to ensure project requirements are met.
- Navigate the software development lifecycle, particularly in an agile environment.
- Utilize project management tools and methodologies proficiently.
- Facilitate productive meetings and workshops to drive project progress.
- Identify and eliminate blockers to development to maintain team productivity.
- Apply strong problem-solving skills and creative thinking to address project challenges.
- Maintain an analytical mindset with strong business acumen.
- Align project goals with overall business objectives, keeping the bigger picture in mind.

This contract will be 6 months and falls outside of IR35, onsite 4 days per week in Hythe.
