Role and Responsibilities:


We are looking for an Account Director/Senior AD (DoE) to join the team due to a number of new client wins and you will be working at a senior level to understand clients’ business needs and work collaboratively across internal teams to deliver best in class solutions. The role is hugely rewarding, as success requires a good understanding across a range of sectors, consultative selling skills and a detailed knowledge of the full range of the companies’ capabilities.


  • Building, managing and developing client relationships
  • Development of account plans and solutions
  • Growing the breadth and depth of services provided to your clients
  • Overseeing the delivery of projects (from simple data delivery, CRM and Digital Marketing to complex technology, analytical or strategy projects)
  • Leading client facing meetings, pitches and drafting commercial documents and proposals
  • Co-creating a client roadmap which you will be responsible to deliver
  • Identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities across the integrated marketing product range
  • Reviewing delivery against the client’s SLA.



Skills:


  • Proactive individual who has a solution-focused mindset

  • Detail orientated and strong organisation and facilitation skills
  • Solid understanding of data, martech, and digital marketing
  • A background in consultative selling
  • Commercial management including revenue forecasting experience
