The Role:

As an Account Director, you will play a pivotal role in managing high-profile client relationships and leading multi-disciplinary teams across creative, strategic, and production domains. Your core responsibility will be to deliver projects that meet the highest standards of quality, all while ensuring that the agency's services remain aligned with client expectations.

Acting as the bridge between the agency and the client, you'll be involved in every step of the process, from strategic consultation to the final creative output.


The ideal candidate

The ideal candidate will be an experienced Account Director with over five years of experience in a creative agency, managing well-known brands. You are a strategic thinker with a passion for delivering creative work that pushes boundaries. You thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment and are known for your ability to build lasting client relationships.


Your Experience:

  • 6+ years of experience in creative agencies, with a proven track record of managing high-profile client relationships.
  • Experience managing teams of three or more people, including cross-functional teams consisting of account managers, creatives, and strategists.
  • Strong understanding of brand communications and how to leverage different platforms for brand storytelling.
  • Ambition to grow within an agency and the ability to deliver high-quality work in a fast-moving environment
