Account Director- Digital app and web build

We are working with a well-known creative agency who are looking to bring an Account Director into the team on a 12 month FTC.
This role has a focus on delivery of digital projects and as such you need to be an Account Director with a background across app and web build projects to drive customer engagement.
To be considered for this role you will have a proven background across the following key responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Team Oversight
- Guide team from brief to final delivery, ensuring high-quality output.
- Collaborate with account, campaign, and program managers to keep projects on track.
- Inspire and motivate team to deliver exceptional work.
Client Partnership
- Build trusted relationships with clients, demonstrating expertise and solution-focused approaches.
- Collaborate with agency partners to provide top-tier strategic and creative output.
Strategic Direction
- Partner with BD and planners to drive strategic initiatives and inspire creative teams.
- Ensure campaign alignment with client goals and marketing calendar.
Account Management & Communication
- Offer creative and strategic input for client projects.
- Lead teams with strong communication and presentation skills, shaping future recommendations based on campaign results.
Financial Management
- Oversee monthly forecasting, billing, and project financials with accuracy and timely updates.
This role has a heavy focus on retail and shopper led digital build projects, ideally you'll have experience of digital within the shopper space, however if you don't then working on digital projects across brands within FMCG and retail would be a good fit also.
