Account Director - UK (Talent Solutions)
London - Hybrid
£70,000 + OTE

We're looking for an Account Director to drive new business across the UK, focusing on selling Leadership Development, Coaching, and Career Management services. You'll identify opportunities, build strong client relationships, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospect and win new business in Talent Development and Workforce Solutions.
  • Develop strategies to meet client needs and close sales opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to design and deliver solutions.
  • Negotiate commercial terms and ensure timely project delivery.

Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience in new business development and solution sales.
  • Strong understanding of talent development and HR solutions.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Results-driven with a track record of exceeding sales targets.
