The Role:

As an Account Executive for Enterpryze you will be responsible for the full sales engagement of our Enterpryze Cloud solution. We have a proven established product and customer base and now look to expand our growth within the UK market. You will join the team with a start-up mindset, so the opportunity is huge in terms of career and earnings potential.

You will be selling into SMB’s within the UK market to various personas including owners/founders, senior/middle management and user level. The role requires good business acumen and an ability to make things happen in a competitive environment.

Location:

This role is Hybrid with frequent travel required. A full driving license is required for the role.

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Primary responsibility is to meet and exceed ARR Net New Name monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Engage with prospects across a range of industry verticals. Self-generation of pipeline is a critical part of the role.
  • Proactively assess, clarify, and validate customer needs on an ongoing basis.
  • To effectively engage and interact with SMB’s and decision makers, to truly understand their priorities and needs and offer Enterpryze software as their solution.
  • Drive sales through a variety of outbound channels, meeting and exceeding KPIs.
  • Identifying new business opportunities and presenting benefits and key features of Enterpryze effectively to acquire new business.
  • Strong promotion of the Enterpryze solution to increase inbound sales
  • Ownership of complete sales cycle by delivering demo’s, preparing quotes, proposals and sales contracts.
  • Accurate forecasting and pipeline management.
  • Attend industry events, exhibitions and online webinars to showcase the Enterpryze solution.

Skills:

  • Successful sales professional with previous experience of Inside Sales / Outbound Sales roles.
  • Proven success/achievements working in a similar role to expand a base of recurring revenue accounts.
  • Previous experience in building a healthy sales pipeline via outbound calls, inbound leads and marketing lead campaigns.
  • Managing full sales cycle including prospecting, discovery, consultative selling, and deal delivery skills. This includes handling product demos, selling virtually and using digital tools to sell.
  • Knowledge of SAAS, cloud technologies & services.
  • Be credible, professional, and genuinely interested in solving business challenges.
  • Excellent active listening skills and ability to communicate and qualify effectively, over the phone and at all levels of SMB businesses.

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Business or equivalent desirable but not essential
